Term: | Briccone | |
Hi, this word is missing from the dictionary from Italian to English: BRICCONE Does anyone have a good translation also with context usage? My Italian is not good enough to say for certain that it translates as Rascal / Rogue and whether it is antiquated or regional. Many thanks |

According to http://www.treccani.it/vocabolario/briccone/, https://www.dizionario-italiano.it/dizionario-italiano.php?rs=&... and https://dizionari.repubblica.it/Italiano/B/briccone.html it's neither antiquated nor regional. In German, it would be a "Gauner", so "rascal" / "rogue" seem to fit. |
