Should i translate this term or keep it english?

Hello everyone I'm a languages student and a translator wannabe. I recently moved here in Italy.

My question may seem a bit stupid = D but I will try anyway.

I need a little advice about an article that I translated for a blog; it's about the history of video poker. At the very beginning, in the paragraph "La nascita delle apparecchiature da video poker", I did not translate the word "Skill Draw" as it is a proper name used for the first machines. For this reason, I considered more appropriate to keep it unchanged instead of trying to Italianise, even following the advice of this guide

Instead, this is the article I'm talking about:

Do you think I did well or would it have been the case to translate it?
