Term: | I got confused | » answer |
I have a friend who posted online saying "maselofiniscitetuttono?" And i dont even know what that means. Can you guys please give me an answer. |
Answer: | There are missing the spaces between the words... | #813604 |
With the spaces, it could be: Ma se lo finiscite tutto, no? IMHO "finiscite" should be "finisci" or "finite" (infinitive: "finire"), but I'm not absolutely sure about it. As you probably know the context, it's the easiest way to use the dictionary now... ;) I hope, I could help you a bit. |
Answer: | #815876 | |
Ma se lo finisci te tutto, no? |
Answer: | retdhbgbg | #815928 |
Maybe, but I think the sentence makes more sense without the "te", but I'm not sure... |

Please can someone help me to translate 'she believed she could, so she did' into Italian? |
Answer: | Credeva(/Pensava) di potere/sapere, quindi (lo) faceva. | #815930 |
I'm not sure if "potere" or "sapere" is right here: "potere" means that she is allowed to do sth. or nothing hinders her, whereas "sapere" means that she knows how to do sth. (example: Il bambino sa nuotare. means that he knows how to swim. Il bambino può nuotare. means that e.g. his parents allow it or that he hasn't a leg broken, which would hinder him from swimming.). I'm not sure which one is meaned here, and I'm not absolutely sure if the rest of this translation is right, too... |

Lo mi chiamo Luigi e sono proprio scemo mi piace sporcarmi la faccia di stronzaie e parlare (or par care??) a van vera, sto sul cazzoa Maria |
Answer: | An attempt: | #804476 |
My name is Luigi and I'm really stupid, I like to taint my face [/ to make my face dirty / to make a mess on my face] with nonsense and speak/talk in a real room, I stay on shit, Maria. I think the "Lo" at the beginning of the sentence should be a "Io" (with "i" instead of "l"), shouldn't it? Else it wouldn't make sense. In addition, after "scemo" should be a comma. Furthermore, the "stronzaie" is probably "stronzate". "parlare" is right. "van" should probably be "vano", shouldn't it? "cazzoa" should probably be "cazzo" shouldn't it? I hope, my English traslation sounds not too terrible, sorry, but it isn't my mother tongue. Italian isn't it, too, so I'm not absolutely sure if my translation is right. |
Term: | Happy Birthday!We love you!Love,Uncle Peter,Aunt Agnes,Pete,Paul,&Mary | » answer |
Birthday card inscription. |
Answer: | #803330 | |
Tanti auguri di buon compleanno! Ti amiamo! Cari saluti, zio Peter, zia Agnes, Pete, Paul e Mary I'm not absolutely sure with "Cari saluti" - it's an informal letter ending, and the German translation of it is "Liebe Grüße" - so in English it would probably be something like "Lots of love"... |

Mamma, sai che ti voglio bene, ma per favore cerca di capire che ora sono stressata soprattutto visto che faccio la gran parte del lavoro in sordina, cosa che non sai e non vedi. Mi manchi. NB (stressato if you are a man) |
